One Page Rules

I would like to share with you the "One Page Rules" website. Here you can find a host of free rules for tabletop wargames. Most of them are a slimmed down version of existing bigger games that are readily available.

When I was looking online for a good ruleset for spaceship combat I discovered this little gem of a website.

When you visit the website you can download a basic set of rules for their main games and most of the add-ons are also free to download. These include things like: tokens, army books or faction lists, missions, etc. . Their five main games are meant to be played with 28mm miniatures from whatever range you choose to represent your factions with.

They also have a section with some standalone games that are mostly meant to be played with specific ranges of models, like model starships for example.

Not only can you download the rules, they also provide a small range of printable or buyable online miniatures to be used with their host of games.

Personally I can recommend War Fleets, a fast and fun ruleset for tabletop spaceship combat, and Grimdark Future: Firefight, a simplified version of Kill Team made by Games Workshop, as they are both quick and easy to learn games that are perfect for introducing newcomers into the tabletop wargaming hobby!
