Building a 25PL list for Space Marines

If I want to start playing some Combat Patrol games of 40K at home I will also have to get at least two forces battle ready along with the terrain I'm painting up.
With the new 9th edition codex of Space Marines in hand I started going through my unpainted mini's to muster a 25PL force of marines. Not aiming for anything ultra competitive since I usually choose units that I look forward to painting. Here's what I've come up with:

My force will be a "Patrol Detachment" so let's add the compulsory choices first.
HQ -> Primaris lieutenant with neo-volkite pistol, master crafted power sword and storm shield 5PR
Durable and hard hitting, this guy should be difficult to take out.
TROOPS -> Assault intercessor squad, sarge + 4 marines with heavy bolt pistol and Astartes chainswords 5PR
Such great looking models, I just had to add a unit of these!
These two compulsory choices have a total Power Rating of 10, leaving me with 15PR to add some cool looking beefy units ... but what to choose? So far the force is more close combat orientated, should I provide some fire support or continue by adding more aggressive punchy dudes?
ELITES -> Aggressor squad with flamestorm gauntlets 6PR
Well, what could be more punchy and aggressive than these guys? 3 of these toughness 5 waking tanks spewing fire with a bucketload of attacks should give my opponent some troubles.
This leaves me with 9PR .... I really should add some shooting with a decent range to the force ... but on the other hand I really like this "close combat theme" the force has now. Going through my collection my eye catches .... I wonder what this unit will cost to add to the force ... probably too expensive ... better check the codex again ... YES BABY, 9PR gives me my last choice and landing the force on a 25PR in total.
ELITES -> Redemptor dreadnought with 2 fragstorm grenade launchers, heavy flamer, heavy onslaught gatling cannon and a redemptor fist 9PR
30" range 12 S6 shots will provide some good cover fire before this bad boy comes in charge range and dishes out a whole lot of pain in the form of S14 AP-3 attacks that do D3+3 damage!
Let's get these models tabletop ready to dish out some pain in name of the Emperor!
